Agree what a yes and a no look like before you pitch

Most sales calls open by drawing out what the buyer wants, then slide straight into the pitch, so the call ends with a feeling rather than a verdict. Hormozi’s fix belongs in the first five minutes: agree the shape of the ending before any content, what you’ll cover, what a yes would mean and what a no would mean. A prospect who never agreed to decide usually won’t.

πŸ’‘ Why it matters

Calls that surface plenty of interest but end with 'let me think about it' are the quiet leak in most pipelines, and the fix sits in the opening minutes, not in the objection handling at the end.
